REGISTER TO BECOME A DONOR

As a resident of Iowa, you should take the following steps to ensure your decision to become a donor is carried out:

• Sign up online in the Iowa Organ Donor Registry at http://www.IowaDonorRegistry.org/.

• Sign up at the Motor Vehicle Division when you apply for or renew your driver's license by filling out an Iowa Donor Registry brochure.
