REGISTER TO BECOME A DONOR

As a resident of Kentucky, you should take the following steps to ensure your decision to become a donor is carried out:

• Indicate your wishes to be a donor when obtaining your driver's license at the Circuit Court Clerks' office by signing your license and/or attaching a donor dot.
