REGISTER TO BECOME A DONOR

As a resident of New Mexico, you should take the following steps to ensure your decision to become a donor is carried out:

• Indicate your wishes on your driver's license or state ID when you apply for or renew it.

• If your license was issued before January 2003, you need to add a donation sticker to the back of your license. Donation stickers are available at MVD offices.

Always remember, it is important to tell your family members that you have decided to become a donor so that they will understand your decision and support it. You can also download a family notification form here.
