REGISTER TO BECOME A DONOR

As a resident of Oklahoma, you should take the following steps to ensure your decision to become a donor is carried out:

• Sign up online at www.lifeshareregistry.org to register to be an organ, eye, and tissue donor.

• Sign up at the Department of Public Safety or your local tag agent office when you apply for or renew your driver's license, or state ID card.
